About Our RICS Regulated Valuer
Chris attended Southampton College of Technology and Shirecliffe College of Further Education in Sheffield to gain entry to the Independent Surveyors & Valuer Association (ISVA) back in 1980. When the ISVA merged with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he was granted the designation of ‘Fellow’ – the highest possible mark of property professionalism available from the RICS. The designation reflects his decades of valuation experience, gained through a diverse and rewarding career in valuation, survey and agency which has culminated in his current position as Managing Director of this respected local firm.
Chris’ expertise is widely recognised and he has acted as Expert Witness in court proceedings, as well as providing valuations for a number of prominent local clients. The level of experience Chris offers means that we can advise on aspects of value over and above the typical comparable valuation.
